Role Overview

As an HVAC Technician, you will inspect residential comfort systems, diagnose performance issues, and complete repairs or maintenance with a strong focus on safety and craftsmanship. You should be comfortable explaining recommendations to customers in plain language and helping them feel confident in the work being performed.

Responsibilities

Diagnose heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently
Complete maintenance, repair, and minor replacement work for residential systems
Communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps clearly with homeowners
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area on every job
Document work performed and communicate effectively with the office team
