Role Overview

The Crew Lead helps set the tone for the jobsite. You will guide team members, maintain quality standards, and keep installation work on schedule while making sure customers feel informed and respected throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Lead installation crews on residential HVAC projects
Coordinate jobsite workflow, materials, and communication with the office
Maintain quality control and verify work is completed to company standards
Support training and development of junior team members
Represent the company professionally with homeowners and trade partners

What We Are Looking For

Prior experience leading or mentoring field technicians or installers
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep projects moving
Confidence making decisions on the job while communicating with management
A safety-first mindset and pride in clean, complete work
A valid driver’s license and dependable attendance
